Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In original condition — unused kits with original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Opened kits where the bead trays have been used may still qualify for a partial refund at our discretion. Please reach out and we will work with you.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@trustedtail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / wrong item: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been significantly used or damaged by the customer, or items returned after the 30-day window without prior authorization.
