Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with your order confirmation and a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

International Shipping
We currently ship primarily within the United States. For international orders, please contact us at hello@trustedtail.com before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping costs to your country.
International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website. Allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to become active.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Email us at hello@trustedtail.com with your order number and photos of any damage
- We will investigate with the carrier and either re-ship or issue a full refund
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@trustedtail.com. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect the package.
